Accessibility Statement

Standard we follow

This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the benchmark referenced for the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act.

What is in place

• Semantic headings and landmark regions, plus a skip to main content link.
• Every control reachable by keyboard, with a visible high contrast focus outline.
• Text and interface colors tested for at least 4.5:1 contrast against their background.
• Descriptive alternative text on images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
• Links that leave the site announce that they open in a new tab and leave this website.
• Phone numbers and email addresses marked up as real links.
• Text resizes to 200% and the layout reflows to a single column without loss of content.
• Touch targets on interactive elements are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• Motion is reduced automatically for visitors who set that preference in their system.

The Howard Hanna listing search, and any other third party service linked from this site, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. If a listing is hard to reach, call or email and the information will be read or sent to you in another format.
